Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Payment Advance Payment: To secure your appointment, full payment (Notary Fee + Technology) is required at the time of booking. Appointment Window: Please join the digital waiting room 5 minutes early to test your camera and microphone. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be considered a " No- Show". 2. Identity Verification (The "KBA" Requirement) You will have two attempts to answer security questions based on your background. If you fail both attempts, The session will be terminated by law. You must provide a valid, unexpired government - issued photo ID. If your ID is rejected by our automated system, the session cannot proceed. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment will receive a full refund. You may reschedule your appointment if notice is given at least 2 hours before the start time. If you fail to appear for your session or unable to proceed due to a lack of compatible technology (no webcam/mic), the Technology Fee is non-refundable. 4. Refund Policy Notary fee ($5.00) is always refundable if the notarization is not completed. The Technology/Platform Fee covers the cost of identity verification and the secure video portal. It is non-refundable once the identity Verification (KBA) process has been initiated, even if you fail the verification or the notary cannot complete the act due to signer impairment or incomplete documents. Once the digital seal has been applied, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 5. The Notary is legally required to refuse service if: The signer appears to be under duress or does not understand the document. The signer is physically located in a jurisdiction where RON is prohibited. The signer is unable to provide valid identification
